Business activity | Shopper Park Plus is a retail leasing company operating retail parks with a grocery focus in Hungary and the Czech Republic, owning a portfolio of 18 retail properties in Central and Eastern Europe, directly or through its subsidiaries. Of these locations, 14 are in Hungary and 4 in the Czech Republic, typically in or in the immediate vicinity of large cities. It owns, leases and operates these properties on a long-term basis, consistent with its strategic vision. It shapes the the resident composition of the properties it acquires, develops the properties taking into account the needs of consumers and tenants, where it considers that these business initiatives will create value, increase rental revenues, improve profitability and provide an adequate return on business. In the pursuit of its social and environmental responsibility, Shopper Park Plus will introduce sustainable solutions by upgrading its properties, thereby increasing its own rental income and tenant satisfaction. It has acquired the status of a pre-real estate investment trust ("szabályozott ingatlanbefektetési elővállalkozás") as of 1 January 2022 based on the notification sent to NAV and was granted the status of a real estate investment trust ("szabályozott ingatlanbefektetési társaság") by NAV with the effect of 27 October 2023. Shopper Park Plus plans to acquire additional properties in the future, both in Hungary and in the Central and Eastern European region, thus increasing its real estate portfolio. | ||||||
