| Business activity | The Company s main activity is the development and operation of Graphisoft Park, located in the 3rd district of Budapest, directly on the banks of the Danube, on the site of the former Óbuda Gas Works. Graphisoft Park covers a total area of 16 hectares, where approximately 82,000 m2 of gross leasable area - offices, laboratories and university buildings - as well as underground parking facilities for nearly 2,000 cars have been developed to date. The Park also includes the Aquincum Campus, which was created through the renovation of the historic buildings of the former Gas Works. Graphisoft Park is home to more than 100 Hungarian and multinational companies, primarily IT, biotechnology, research & development and startup companies, as well as educational institutions. | ||||||
