Our main profile is producing precision turnery machine parts, devices, spare parts either custom-built, small or medium batch produced, as well as producing high quality machine parts.
In order to realise all this at a high level, we have invested a great amount of money. To foster continuous development and production organisation, we have introduced a self-developed production planner system. Hereby it has become easier and faster to intervene in the processes, it makes centralised drawing, technology and documentation usage possible.
In order to improve the communication, we have made an up-to-date web-based access to our system. Our goal is to develop our present production planning system into an enterprise resource planning.

CNC Rapid is a machining company specialized on the manufacturing of complex, high precision parts in small to medium series. With over 100 milling, turning and grinding machines and 130 emplyees, CNC Rapid serves various industrial clients, more of them as strategic supplier on European level. The technology base of CNC Rapid includes - among others - 3 to 5 axle machining centers, robotized dual turning machines with 8 to 12 axles, grinding, parallel grinding and inductive hardening and offer various types of surface treatments and assembly.
